I can arrange any collections from the Gull Station in Matakana, so you can collect at your convenience during their operating hours.

To get it right, as much notice as possible is ideal, however there’s always no harm in asking, so please shoot me an email [email protected]

You or your recipient will receive a mixture of local artisan foods including and not limited to charcuterie, pate, smoked salmon, cheeses, olives, pickles, seeded crackers etc (dietary requirements can be considered).

• You will receive a text message the night before your “Mystery Picnic” with a clue to your first destination.
• There you will be greeted by Village Picnic and given instructions and a plan for the rest of the day.
• Includes a “base” picnic to start and other artisan items are collected along the way.
• Allow 5-6 hours from Auckland city
• Available any day of the week (avoid Saturday’s in the summer months due to the market traffic)

Unfortunately we can not control the weather, we always look at the forecast and plan accordingly.  Appropriate weather gear to be worn.  This is not just a summer experience, and it can be tailored to suit any time of the year.  It may just mean that you might need to bunker in and enjoy your picnic in the comfort of your accommodation or the car if it’s stormy!
